- Piazza Recessed Entrance Mats are Heavy Duty floor mats that are great for Indoor or Outdoor Use
- Offering the heavy duty performance desired for high traffic entrance mat areas, Piazza door mats with a Berber pattern look as good as they perform.
- The Piazza floor mat Face Fiber consists of a 52 ounce Heavy Denier Solution dyed Polypropylene that is UV Stable
- Piazza door mats are approximately 3/8″ thick
- Since Piazza Recessed floor mats are constructed using a Berber Pattern with Needle-Punch process, they can be trimmed onsite with a utility knife to fit into a recess of any size or shape – There is no need for seam sealer – the floor mat edges will not unravel regardless of the shape it is cut.

- Ideal Applications for Piazza recessed floor mats: As Outdoor recessed entrance mats, as Indoor recessed mats for Office buildings, hotels entrances, schools, hospitals, retail businesses, etc.
- Piazza floor mats, when used in a recessed application, should be adhered in place to prevent mat movement. Recommended methods to adhere mats is indoor/outdoor carpet tape (double-sided) applied to underside of mat or for a more permanent installation Piazza floor mats can be glued in place with adhesives. Call for recommendations. Piazza Entrance Mats are actually spike resistant when glued down making it a great solution for football locker room flooring.
- Piazza floor mats are available in 6′ and 12′ widths with lengths of up to 100′
- Common Sizes for a recessed mat: 4′ x 6′, 6′ x 6′, 6′ x 12′, 8′ x 10′ but any size is a possibility.
**It is recommended when ordering for a recessed application that the Piazza matting should be ordered slightly larger to allow for recess size irregularities (i.e., sometimes a recessed pit is not square and oversizing will allow for these types of irregularities, etc.)**
