Choosing the Best Mats for Standing

All floor mats are not equal. Each manufacturer attempts to equip his product with specific features and benefits that are designed to provide an edge over a competitor’s product. The key to choosing the best type of mat is in matching the features of the mat itself to your specific need. One type of fatigue mat that may be the best for one user, in turn may not offer the best form of fatigue relief for another. There are a variety of different comfort mats available on the market today. The reason there are so many different varieties is because of the diversity of environments in which they are utilized. They do this by forcing the leg and feet muscles to continually constrict and relax thus facilitating the venous blood flow back toward the heart.  If blood is permitted to pool in the legs, there is a loss of efficiency of bringing oxygen to muscles and in lowering the toxicity levels of lactic acid build-up in working muscles.
