Stable and solid mat system with added vinyl cushion supports on the bottom of each segment.

This low profile mat is designed to allow dirt and moisture to fall below the surface so that it does not get tracked into the building.

Shipping time depends on the type of Metal Finish desired: Standard Mill takes 1-2 weeks, Anodized Finishes can take 3-4 weeks.

L-Frame Recessed Application

Use L Frame when the pit has already been formed.
1/2″ total depth, 7/16″ to 1″ bottom leg
1/4″ Gauge Aluminum surface reveal.
Screw in place with tapcons or lead sinkers
Recommended that screeding the pit floor to level with the horizontal leg of the frame profile

Cast in Place Application

Use Cast in Place Frame when a pit has not been form; for wet pour applications.
1/2" Surface Reveal

Vinyl Ramp Surface Applications

Beveled Vinyl Edge allows for surface mat use.
2″ x 3/8″ surface ramp.
Edge is attached directly to the Roll up Mat
Available with or without under-mat tongues upon request.

2" Vinyl Square Edge (VSE)

Use when pit is irregular or out of square.
Vinyl filler can be trimmed easily with a utility knife
7/16" Total depth
When using Vinyl Square Edge filler on all sides, mat will be loose lay

Aluminum Ramp Surface Applications

Beveled Aluminum Edge that can be permanently screwed into the floor with tapcons.
Edge is not attached to the Roll up mat – Holds the mat in place.
1-3/8″ x 3/8″ surface ramp.

Aluminum Threshold

Use for surface/recess installations to provide a flush transition from the entryway door threshold to the mat surface
